Is the ANIPA Passport free?
Yes. The first 10,000 founding passports are free, for life.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Your passport opens in your phone's browser. You can add it to your home screen for quick access.
Can I have more than one passport?
No. Each mobile number gets one passport. If you verify a number that already has one, we take you to the existing passport.
I lost my passport link. What do I do?
Open getanipa.com/join and continue with the same mobile number, or message ANIPA on WhatsApp from that number. You will get your existing passport back.
How do ANIPA Points work?
You get 100 points for joining and 50 for joining through an ANIPA event. When a friend joins with your link, you each get 50. Referral points count for up to 20 friends a day. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
I am under 18. Can I join?
Yes. We ask for a parent or guardian's mobile number so we can confirm with them. Your passport stays provisional until they do. If no one confirms within 7 days, it is deleted automatically.
What details do you keep?
Your mobile number, name, city, three anime and age bracket, plus a parent's number for members under 18. The privacy policy explains how we use them.
How do I delete my details?
Reply STOP on WhatsApp or email privacy@getanipa.com. We delete your passport record and its points history. Your number is retired, never reissued.
