Terms of use
The rules of the passport.
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms apply when you claim or use an ANIPA Passport. ANIPA is operated by Rian ("we", "us"). By claiming a passport, you agree to them.
Your passport
- Each Indian mobile number can hold one passport. You must verify a number that you own and use.
- Passport numbers are issued in order and are never reissued. A passport cannot be sold or transferred.
- The first 10,000 passports are founding passports and are free, for life.
- Members under 18 need a parent or guardian to confirm. Until then, the passport is provisional. It is deleted automatically if no one confirms within 7 days.
ANIPA Points
- Points are credited for joining, for event stamps and for friends who join with your link.
- Referral points count for up to 20 friends a day.
- Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.
- We may change how points are earned. We may remove points earned through fake numbers or abuse.
Fair use
Do not create passports with numbers you do not own, use automated tools to sign up, or misuse referral links. We may suspend or delete passports that break these terms.
Your content
You may share your passport page and image. Do not use a name that impersonates someone else or is offensive. We may remove it if you do.
Availability
We work to keep ANIPA available, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of ANIPA.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions? See the contact page.
